| Another ride - this time in the rain! |
I rode almost 200km to meet up with a fellow named Denham who i went for a ride with in maple ridge. He was on a Suzuki DRZ-400 dirt version, not SM. Nice bike and with adequate low end torque to get his front wheel off the ground many a time
. He and I toured the back roads, He was great at hitting all the good stuff and barely any traffic out there, no cops at all which was a nice change for me. We probably did ~100km to mission and around the mountains for 2 hours + coffee.
On the way home I hit up SFU, Marine drive + an hour of playing in small roads off of Marine, an Hour in Horeshoe bay and then went home. For me it ended up being about 600-700km total from 8am to 5pm pushing it most of the way, no lunch. Stunning sunset as I rode the Sea to Sky home.
