That leaves you with a clean title, I'd say let the bike go. Also, I'd do the research on the value, around here $1,425 won't even get you much of a decent Ninja at all. Your area may be different. If the bikes in your area that are equivalent to yours in terms of condition and miles are running $1,900 and up, then that's what your bike is worth, not $1,425.

With a salvage title, that bike's not likely to ever be worth even the $900 it costs you to keep it, much less whatever you put into it for repair and no matter how perfect you make it look.

Also, again, don't forget to look at the other costs associated with replacing a bike such as title fees, sales tax, transportation expenses, etc. The insurance company is required to reimburse you for all of that as well.
