Cycle World mistake?

Not the most complete writeup -- disappointing, actually, considering the writer's 250 experience -- but hopefully somebody else will soon give it a good going-over.


Okay, something doesn't seem right.
Here's a quote from their article:

9k rpm at 60 mph?
That just doesn't sound right.
