Something is draining the battery.

Electrical problems like this are difficult to find, and I hate them with a passion. I usually refuse to work on a car with gremlin electrical problems like this because it's usually impossible to trace the circuits or run new wires.

You probably have another short somewhere from either mechanical failure of a wire, or usually from a shitty install of a sound system or alarm/remote starter.

A simple way to find out what circuit is the problem, is to pull fuses and measure the current at the fuse box with the car OFF with a multimeter. (When measuring current, leave the fuse out, the multimeter completes the circuit) You should be able to find what circuits are still actively using the battery and go from there.
