Howdy, I thought I would introduce myself since I have a feeling I will be spending a LOT of time here getting as much information as I can from people who know a LOT more than I do about working on motorcycles.
I recently decided that I wanted to learn how to WORK on motorcycles and not just ride them. I have a 2010 Kawasaki Concourse that I ride every day. The extent of my skill level.. change the fluids, pull the tires, air filter, basically just maintenance.
Enter the 1988 250R that us currently in my garage. The previous owner was in the process of turning it into a "street fighter" when I wound up with it. It runs, but not well. My goal.. take it down to the frame then put it back together restoring it as much as I can to "OEM" condition.
(apparently the image I tried to attach was to big so https://goo.gl/photos/mHB7Bo1doMpvB6EK8 )
Hopefully I have not bitten of more than I can chew. Lucky I am not in a rush and can take my time learning as I am doing.
Thanks in advance for all the information
