You could probably make it work...        

...The ignition and appear to be the same between the C and F, lights look similar, maybe the instrument cluster is different, there will be a few extra wires on the F for coolant temp sensors and such, but it could work. An F harness would probably be easier than running your own wires, although that would allow you to run heavier gauge, like to the headlight.
