2007 250 GPZ

I found the problem - it was the choke enriching circuit. I cleaned this tube out with wire from the float bowl side till it reached the bend and then filled the tube with carb cleaner with the small hole blocked off. I then blew compressed air up the tube with the small hole blocked and the choke open. I waited till I heard a change in sound with the choke open verses closed. This fixed the problem, as the bike starts perfectly. There must of been a blockage between the top of the float bowl and the choke opening in the venturi. Thank you all for your help
