This is normal        

Get it off center stand, sit on the bike, start the bike, pull the clutch and brake, shift into gear. If engine doesn't die - you are all set. Note that bike will lurch forward a bit when you do that with cold engine. This is normal for wet clutch as well.

As on a center stand, you should be able to stop the wheel from spinning, too. Easier to do in high gear. As I said, it's oil between the plates creating enough drag to spin the wheel.

Adjust your clutch cable paying attention to free play as per manual and you are done. Go ride and enjoy your bike.
