The forks suggests it's either a cheapy, or 10+ years old. The headlight and the cowl are very late 80s/ early-90s. Must be 90s, then, look at the frame... That front fairing shouts "Old Yamaha" at me..... I wish that cloth weren't there, that exhaust might indicate it's a two-stroke, but it might not. Tires look like they are bias-ply, also suggesting a pre-mid-90s bike.
