If I, owner of a YSR50 for 20 years, could not guess that bike, then I would need a serious slap upside the head..hehe.
I just did not want to seem like the plaque culprit by being the first one to identify that cute little bike

Looks a little like an FZR400
But it's not, the headlight at least is wrong.
The brake caliper placement suggests if it's a bike made this century, it's nothing expensive/recent. The forks suggests it's either a cheapy, or 10+ years old. The headlight and the cowl are very late 80s/ early-90s. Must be 90s, then, look at the frame... That front fairing shouts "Old Yamaha" at me..... I wish that cloth weren't there, that exhaust might indicate it's a two-stroke, but it might not. Tires look like they are bias-ply, also suggesting a pre-mid-90s bike. That front-end is driving me crazy, too, looks like something off an ex500-d.
*hmmm* THis is really bugging me.
