My lucky day!
I went into my local Cycle Gear to pick up the pulse plus wired speaker kit. Learned that it could be added to blue tooth units as an upgrade to the speakers that come with them. As I was browsing, I found a Scalarider Backtalk unit in a store bargain basket, out of the box, just the unit with bracket. The antenna was broken off. As I held it checking it out one of the employees said "Oh shit, that guy just left it there. You can have that." Thank you previous customer that left that there!

Blue Tooth head-sets
I've used several the Scala, Chatter-box and Nolan N-Com.
Sena is the most available currently and I've only heard good things about it.
I bought the Scala because is has the largest battery and longest life (about 20 hrs with music) and thinest speakers (i.e. most comfortable unfortunately the audio quality is not good for music, it's fine for voice (phone, GPS etc... so it's a good enough system)
Nolan N-Com is my favorite as it's the most comfortable and has the best audio quality (that I've heard). on the down side it's particular to Nolan and compatible with nothing but other Nolan sets.
Chatter-box is just done.
let us know what you get.

Most people I know use Sena BT headsets. Good quality, can connect different devices, easy to use. No first hand experience tho.
I tried Scala system at some point and it wasn't simple to use at all.

Back after a long time. What's the fav bluetooth helmet setup?
My daughter has been riding my blue 04. I was riding a Honda Magna for a while and still have it but needs work I'm not really looking forward to doing. The CB750 has been retired. I've been missing lil ninja riding. So I sniped an eBay auction and got a nice 07 for $1500!
Anyway, I'd like to hear from the folks who have tried a few setups. Sound quality and ease of use are probably top priority. Cost next.
