| And I get the sense that I should maybe be nervous. Everyone I've talked to asks if I am. But I am so not nervius. I'm freaking excited beyond belief. I mean, it's ont much different from riding the canyons except I don't have to suppress that urge to tkae corners faster and harder, since it's THE TRACK!! Is there a checmical imbalance in my brain or is this normal? I can hardly sit still at work right now - it's killing me!!! |

Other than the fact that my bike was in about 50 pieces, it would not idle, I did not have tires, and for some reason the bike would vapor lock about every 4 times I would try to start it.
So in about 6 hours I:
cleaned the carbs
adjusted the valves
changed the oil
swapped the wheels from my other bike
and ran the bike with out plastics
But I had a freaking blast |

| Every day doing a little something to the bike. The brake issue had me AFU. And after my little drama with it not starting a while back, I've been starting it and riding up and down my street every day to make sure the carbs don't get gummy. And I'm bringing a spare set of carbs JIC. OCD in the house!! |

The low tonight in Rosamond is supposed to be 47, with a high tomorrow of 66. Should be a gorgeous day for riding fast!! |

| such as a rider who is stading up after a getoff - only look at the track surface until you get comfortable out there |
