| I think you'll have a hard time, because a speedometer, of Any kind, is not required.
You're in CA, right? http://www.chp.ca.gov/publications/pdf/chp888.pdf If you can magically know your speed so you don't break Other laws (speeding), then go without. Otherwise use whatever you want that fits your budget, style, etc... |
