Depending on what type of coverage you want, you can mostly likely find rates anywhere between $150/yr (liability only) upwards of $2500/yr (massive crazy unnecessary coverage). I am a 21 yr. old with a couple of speeding tickets and I have progressive coverage of $109/yr for liability only. Since you are buying a used bike as I did, I don't personally see the need for a lot of coverage since the bike is relatively inexpensive and if you crash it, you won't be out too much; less than what you would be out if you spent lots of money on good insurance and never wrecked the bike!!
