Get ourself some tools and a manual

specifically you will need
feeler guages
small torque wrench for the rocker cover very important

both of these tools you can use again and again in the future

you do need a special tool to adjust the vallves , they are a screw and locknut , but the screw has a sqare head
the exhaust valves are a little difficult to get to

apart from that just your basics are needed ,

this bike is so easy to service , and will give you a good understanding of bikes for the future

change the oil every 2000 miles and your bike will love you for a long time
it doesnt even need to be bike oil, just a half decent car oil is adequate
oil is cheap , engine repairs aint
