have I ruined my break in period?

I'm not sure what to think, my bike has about 400 miles on it, and today I couldn't help myself and took it up to 7 grand once. After this I had a craving to hear the motor wind out a few more times, I brought it up to 6 or 7 grand a couple more times just because it was so damn tempting . Anyways I kinda regret this now becasue I have been following the 4 grand rpm limit quite well up until this point.. Should I have anything to really worry about?
