break in~

I have 550 miles on my new bike and it's just about due for it's service~
The dealer can't even look at it til Tuesday. My question is : will it be ok
for me to ride it approx. another 2-3 hundred miles? I would like to go out with
a few friends this weekend but I dont want to do any harm to the bike since it's running awesome~
