| and what is the difference car/bike? |
It is against the law in most of the states to drive more than certain amount of hours a day. It is aginst the law to exceed speed limit as well. You never do that of course, right? Or would you say that speeding is less dangerous?
And who said that car drivers don't try this sort of things?
