I'm 18, getting ready to get my drivers license in March. Let's say I got a little 250, how much would my insurance be do you guys think? I was talking to my parents insurance agent today, and I asked about getting a 250cc bike if I had my own insurance policy, he looked at me and said something along the lines of, "it would be a pretty penny" basically saying don't waste your time. However, when I turn 18 I'll have a job making about 600$/mo.. I have no bills, what else am I going to spend my money on? insurance for a 1994 4cyl Ranger, a ninja, and gas .. lol I'm not seeing any problems with this are you? Yeah I understand some 18 year olds aren't very responsable when it comes to driving, but it's not like ALL 18 year olds are immature and crazy. I honestly believe, I drive like I have sense. Anyways, anyone know a price range of what my insurance would be?
