Listen to music on your bike

Starting this spring I will be riding my Ninja close to 1,000 miiles a week due to college, job, and personal trips. I can't survive in a car that long without music. I wanted to figure out the best way to listen to music on your bike. I searched and came up with portable MP3 players. I have just under a 1GB of music. The best MP3 player for me I think would be the Creative Muvo TX FM, it has 1GB of storage, recieves FM channels, has voice recording, a screen that tells you the info of the song, has 12-15 hours of battery life, and is about the size of a gum pack. You can hook those tiny little earphones in that practically go inside your ear so they will fit in your helmet.

I was wondering if there was a better way to hook up headphones in your helmet? Or if anyone who has already done this has any comments?
