Breaking the bike in

I just bought a Ninja 250 and at 6th gear, I am only riding at 33 mph... I want to beak the bike in, but its difficult to keep to the higher speed limits if I am only going at 35 mph... Should I just stick with it and ride 200 miles around 35 mph? or is it alright to go above 4K rpm on a new bike. Thanks!!
