Yep, that's the advantage of gearing/torque multiplication. People scoffed when I explained that in first gear the Ninjette is putting 350 ft. lbs. to the ground at peak torque.
Eh, actually, I think they scoffed when you told them that it's pointless to measure hp and trq the same way it's done for most all cars and motorcycles, around the world, on a dyno.
