Misti's been there the 3 times I've done the schools.

She raced at the last 2007 AMA races at Laguna Seca (can't remember which series). There was a red flag and a long stoppage. As SPEED was going to a break, a camera was zooming in on the pits and there was Keith and Misti leaned up against the pit wall, obviously talking about the racing. Freddie Spencer even commented about that being Keith Code, an insider in the motorcycle world. lol

Yup, Paul was tech'ing my Bandit and was asking if I had done any head work on it because I had used orange stuff to seal the valve cover*. I never understood the relationship. I even told him the engine was stock except for a 5 degree advancer, but he asked me a couple more times. Anyways, that's him! lol He wadded at Barber the day before my second school and was walking around in a leg cast. I think he threw it down in turn 4, there are ripples in the asphalt as well as the front end lightens WAY up and he lost it through there. *shrug*

What is really cool about doing track days after this, you will find yourself critiquing your own riding and (if you are honest with yourself) taking the proper corrective action or being able to apply advice better, especially if the advice comes from someone that has taken the Code school.

VERY good! Hope you plan to continue taking the different levels. So much to learn, so few tracks and just not enough time or money. *sigh*

Very Happy

Hugh

*Brian - I don't use that stuff any more.
