You're obsessing about the stock tires...

Stock tires are usually crap. Be glad you got one of the best bias-ply tires available for the bike. The fact that they're H-rated means they have more tread. Are you going to be running a sustained 130+ mph?

The regular GT501s for the EX250F come in H and V. Most 250 racers run that combo. Ride the things until they wear out, then put radials on. It's nothing to worry about.
