Yes, our old noble steed pulled (barely) me, my wife and about 30lbs of luggage home from SD to KY on one cylinder. Being an ex Harley tourer, I should have known we were pushing the limits of the ex250. We traded the little ninja that could for a FZ1000 touring bike and only recently was I able to convince the wife to get another 250 for her to learn on. These bikes are a blast to throw around in the twisties provided they have decent tires mounted. I'd rather ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow any day.
