Exhaust

I was looking at the yoshimura aftermarket exhausts and was wonder what you think is better. First off carbon, stainless, titanium, whats the perks/flaws? Secondly, the main question i had was, what do you think would be better, a $550 carbon slip-on or a $600 stainless full system?
