so im new to riding. took the msf back in sept and waited for the 08 250 to come out. took delivery of a red one on monday. taking it slow right now but ive got a few questions.
*im doing break in by manufacturer mehod but this is gonna be difficult to keep doing as time goes on. i can only ride around town doing 30 for so long. will upping the revs above 4k hurt it? and then upping the revs above 6k for the second half be bad?
*im planning on modding the mud flap/debris thingy cause its just ugly. maybe make an undertail and take the license fixure/light and set it back about a foot. will this go against manu warranty?
*will changing my oil go against manu warranty?
*whats with people putting aftermarket mufflers on?? is there any gain doing this??? will this go against manu warranty??
ok... i guess thats it for now.
really great place here for ninja owners. alot of info. just too bad its kinda cluttered.
