Search "headphones" and you'll see how common. The problem with that is in order to hear the music over the engine, you have to crank it. This leads to bad things - like hearing loss. The best solution is to use those sound isolator earphones. I recently picked up a pair and can attest to how well they work. I can't hear wind noise until about 80, and I don't have to crank the music up. They retail for about $150, which is why it took so long for me to get them. I finally found them for 75. The brand name on them is ER6i.
