Payment was sent to them on 4/18/08. They stated they shipped the item via UPS. When contacted three different times about a tracking number they kept saying the order was delayed, but would not provide proof of shipment.
They then stated the order was being made overseas and I would receive it directly from the supplier. Yet another delay tactic.
Next came shipment information with no tracking number.
I finally filed a claim with Paypal. Bullet Bikez refunded my payment saying order would be shipped in two weeks.
Makes no sense.
Bottom line.
AVOID! PERIOD!
Bad way to do business if you ask me. I'll be filing a review on the board here as well as with the Better Business Bureau.
I'll have to look elsewhere for a windscreen. What a complete waste of my time.
