Two Bros Exhaust review.

Just received my Titanium, 2 Brothers exhaust today!!

My long anticipated exhaust arrived today after returning from a scrumptious Chines buffet. My heart raced as I pulled into my driveway and noticed the Two boxes sitting on my porch. I grabbed the boxes and was surprised how light it was, especially compared to the stock exhaust that I removed with ease nearly an hour before I went to lunch. I ran inside scrambling to find the nearest knife to open the box, I stabbed the closest tape and ripped down the length of the box, only to remove another box, Ironically the box looked like it belonged in a toy store and I definitely felt like a kid as I drooled over the smooth titanium exhaust and the gold accents, damn it's small, I thought, but drop dead sexy none the less. "Time to install my baby" I thought, but I stopped dead in my tracks, I almost forgot to open my second package which contained the silencer, which looked as sharp as the rest of the exhaust, I removed the "top" of the can and inserted the silencer with a torq driver. I took all my parts out to the garage with the instructions crinkled under my chin. I sat next to my bike, were the stock exhaust lay neatly on the towel. The installation was easy and gave the muffler a quick wipe down before I started my bike.
Now was the moment of truth, I fumbled with the key and finally turned until it clicked into the ON position. I hit the starter and was blown away by the deep rumble I heard, I also noticed the bike idled much better then usual, I was able to hit the throttle with out choking the hell out of it. "Man this is fuckin GREAT!" I thought, I dropped down to check for leaks and of course there was a nice little leak were slip-on met the copper toned headers. "Oh well" I thought, "I will go out and get some high temp silicon."
After a few stops I finally found some sealant at the local Car Quest and drove back home to apply it, after of course I hit a set of my favorite local twisties, the exhaust sounded even better under load and it seemed to purr under me, I noticed a little more vibrations at 8,000 rpms, but more importantly the throttle seem to have a smoother roll, other then a possible lean zone at 25-30, barely noticeable unless you let off the throttle and try to hold it there. Some minor "backfire" sounds as well, which I am sure can be corrected by the "washer mod" found here.
Time to go home and fix the leak I thought. I rolled up in my drive way, let it cool and generously applied the silicon, let her dry, and checked for leaks again... problem solved!
All in all a great exhaust with a few minor set backs (being a little lean at the speeds I mentioned) but with improved throttle response, and a kick ass sound, it was 500$ well spent.

PIctures will come soon, as well as any updates.
Cheers!
