What is the deal with 2008 250R

I can't seem to find one anywhere. Dealerships in my area are claiming that their orders are not coming in or they only get half of their shipment. Is this a temporary problem or am I going to have to wait forever to get my bike.

I am 3rd on the waiting list and I want my bike!!!!
