yeah, crashing is not fun. I remember thinking as I was sliding, "ahhh so this is what a low slide feels like, its not so bad". I remember thinking I was going to get ran over and decided to get up and off the track because I went down on the inside of the turn and slid into the middle (bike went all the way into the grass), so I must have tried to stand up using my left hand before I stopped sliding and thats when I went into some kind of roll/tumble. Hopefully next time I remember to keep my arms in and not try to catch or support myself with my wrists/hands. Im not sure how fast I was going....slower than 60, but faster than 30.
