Breaking in a 2007 ninja 250r

Hello, I just bought A new 250R Ninja 2007 model with 700 miles on it. I do believe it was broken in soft. I am riding it hard now and I wanted to know if that could reverse to break in affects by using the moto man method riding it hard, it only has 750 miles on it now, they are hard miles. I have changed the oil in it, is there any other maintenance they require? It is starting to drive much faster once I tried the Moto Mans technique. What other servicing should I do?
