Winter track days and no antifreeze

So I'll be doing a track day this weekend in Nevada and need to change my coolant to a water/water wetter mixture for the prep. My concern rises from the forecasted lows in the very low 30s. Is there anything I need to do to protect my bike from the cold since it will be sitting out overnight?

Will a bike cover/tarp help? Should I just cuddle with it?
