I have some cheap sound iso phones I bought at radioshack. Looks like an earplug with a hole in the middle for the speakers. They cut wind noise some and allow me to hear my ipod nano. I can still hear cars and other stuff. Not as much sound protection as ear plugs but much better than nother. They also seem to be comfortable and come with 2 sizes of ear piece.
