I haven't bought a bike yet, but I've gotten a few quotes, and have found the same thing, around $1200 per year for just plain-jane coverage, no collision, and I'm 28 years old. I made sure to specify that it was an EX250 of 248cc. When I get closer to getting a bike, I'm going to go to my agent's office in person and have a nice chat with them.
