Put down the Krispy Kreme and back away slowly        

I like thinking of weight loss as:

I can either go do something fun for the next half hour, or I can eat a couple of Krispy Kreme donuts and then have to spend that time running to burn them off. This makes it an easy equation to solve for - is the few minutes of KKd tasty goodness enjoyment worth a a minimum of a half of of my time? Generally the answer is no.

I need to invent KK flavored gum.
