dude, I think you're getting the wrong end of the deal... for a hayabusa with that many miles, it's definately got something wrong with it.... especially with the custom stretch job. EVERYBODY knows that on a sportbike you measure the miles by rolling the front wheel.... 3200 miles is WAAAAY too much because you know that the previous owner put tons of more miles on that bike because it would wheelie at least 97% of the time. I'd estimate that real time miles on that bike has to be more like 30k miles, not 3200.
I'd say trade the leathers and keep the ninja, it's more of a fair trade.
