Before I "got my groove back" so to speak, I was seeing high 50's on both my 650R and my VStar. I was apparently riding very conservatively. By the time I got my replacement 250, I was back in the groove, and am once again getting mid 40's on both my 650s, and high 40's on my 250, which is what I was getting on my first 250. Weight might be a greater factor for me though.
