So I have no experience messing with valves or taking apart a bike before, and I'm a little confused. I have even looked at a few guides with pictures, but I just can't completely figure it out! Does anyone know of a video link where someone checks and adjusts the valves on a 08 250?
I have my bike torn down and in pieces in the garage. I'm at the point to where you check the lash/clearance of each valve, but I don't know when to check them despite reading about it a kabillion times! It says to get 8 measurements, but no matter how I look at it, i'm only getting 4 measurements. Can anyone explain this to me in mechanical-illiterate terms?
I've gone this far doing all the maintenance by myself, don't wanna fork over the $200+
