Guess it has something to do with location cause I have progressive and I'm paying something like $79/yr for liability only. I'm 30 with a clean record and little riding experience. Of course when they asked me how much motorcycle experience I had they didn't specifically ask about street riding so I included the 5 yrs exp I had riding a dirt bike when I was a kid!
