YMMV

Wasn't there someone a while back who broke 100mpg on a stock bike with aggressive hypermiling? With the variety in people, bikes, roads, traffic, techniques, I don't see why someone can't be fortunate enough to get 80mpg (indicated) from a conflux of favorable variables.
