Here's what I've done        

Although it's all in various threads...

1989 Chassis, original engine with about 6k on the clock
Swapped out the electrical system from an 04
Stripped all the unnecessary wiring from the harness (horn, accessory leads, signal light wires, headlight wires, tail light wires, etc.) and left it "unwrapped"
Swapped in an 06 stator cover (the original had a "crackle" finish that I disliked)
EX500 clutch and brake levers
K&N pod filter, rejetted with Keihin jets, cause fuck DynoJet (cost me less than $15 and only took 2 tries to get it right)
Muzzy 2:1 stainless round exhaust, chopped down
GSXR750 rear shock (have not ridden yet so I can't give feedback on if it's a good choice)
Removed the ignition & Hotwired the bike for keyless running
Pirelli MT75s (ordered, have not arrived)

In the works:
Reshape the tail section (no details - I'll post up if I make it work and it looks good)
Fork oil swap to 20W to see if I can get away with not upgrading the springs
New paint scheme (black & yellow)
