I bought a high end Shoei a while ago and there was significant wind noise. The vendor doubted me and I had to search the web to find that other people had the same issue. The fix is to adjust the shield hinges. I had to do a lot of trial and error to get it right, but now Shoei supplies a jig to the vendor to set it up.
Check manual or manufacturer to see how, or if, you can adjust the hinges.
