Any DFW riders like BBQ?

I'm going to head down to the Hard 8 BBQ joint in Stephenville in a few weekends before it gets too hot for fun. They've got great BBQ and the route I take is mostly country back roads. No racing, no stunting, just a nice Saturday or Sunday morning ride out to a great place to have lunch.
