I'm 19 now, and I go through Progressive (www.progressive.com) who are NOT known as being biker friendly. I pay about $340 a year, which covers everything but collision. I have a clean record. Try State Farm, Progressive, or Geico. The 250 will be cheaper than the 500 to insure.
