I'm 25 and use to have full coverage thru progressive. It was around 400 every six months. Quite ridiculous.. I called my regular insurance company and explained the situation and they gave me a quote.. 125 for six months full coverage.. I about fainted. This biggest difference was the collision costs. I quickly called progressive and cancelled. If your wondering I have Motorists Insurance.
