I am 16, and under either proggressive(something like it) or geico i pay $40 a month for my 250. As far as i know thats not out the butt, although my dad pays a meisly like 7 dollars a month for his 500 cruiser.
anyway, i dont know what kinds of insurance i have, but its probably just the very basic kind.
