Changed plugs, clunk, engine won't crank

So, I've been trying to get the bike working, it's been sitting for a couple years, it was having trouble running (I barely got it idling), so I thought I'd give it an oil change and new plugs, and if that didn't work, think about the carbs.

Today I pulled out the old plugs, and put in new ones, I ordered these ones:

Which I believe were what was suggested in the article here:
https://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Changing_the_spark_plugs_%26_brands_to_avoid

I went to start the bike, one or two winds, and then I heard a clunk. now the crank seems seized now.

I'm not sure what to think.... After work today I'm going to pull out the new plugs and compare them to the old ones.

Any ideas?
