i spent $103.00 on for the 500 mi service. And let me tell you that the only thing they probably did was change the oil, oil filter, and tighten the chain. Everything that the owners manual suggests to be checked probably wasn't checked. I wanted to do the "right" thing by letting the professionals handle it, but let me tell you I probably was "wronged" and could have done a better service job myself. Save the money, find a friend or service manual, get the tools and do it yourself for less than half the price. learning how to do service yourself is a part of owning a motorcycle.
